Hi, 

Please let me know how to factory reset our LaserJet Pro M118dw.


We configured network settings and afterwards arent able to login to the printer. The time spent to try fix this has cost my company more money then the printer is worth.. 

Could you please provide with the steps of how we can factory reset the printer.
