Need to reset custom password to connect to instant ink!

Trying to help my mum connect her new printer to instant ink as we get so far then it asks for a custom password,  now we've got no idea what the password is or how to reset it! Please help

Hi, thank you for the rely, after so much more research, all I needed was the pin number on the back of the printer when it asked for the custom password!
