I would like to find a new installation disc for my Envy 7645 printer. I need to start from scratch.  Where do I find one?

Hi,

An Installation CD is not available, however the latest software can be downloaded from the HP Web site.

 

Follow below steps to uninstall any installed printer software:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1980013-1980057-16

 

Next, download and install the latest Full Feature Software for your printer:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/en7640/Full_Webpack-40.15.1230-EN7640_Full_Webpac...

Thanks but I've downloaded it a dozen times and it does not work.  I've been playing with all the options for two weeks.
