I have an HP 8028e inkjet that suddenly shows wifi direct is off. My HP user name and password will not work saying they are incorrect.

HP Account:

HP Printer Wi-Fi Direct Issue:

Re-enable Wi-Fi Direct:

  • Access the printer's control panel, navigate to 'Settings', and look for 'Wi-Fi Direct' to turn it back on. The specific steps can vary, so consult your printer manual or HP's support documents for details.

Network Reset:

  • Perform a network reset on your printer if necessary, which can often resolve connectivity issues.
