I was already told to restore network defaults above in this post. I checked my firmware which was up to date. I disconnected and reconnected the printer to the network and reinstalled the driver with your link (the full package). It still didn't work. Not to mention, the two latter steps were stressed in the troubleshooter. I tried the user account, formatting my computer, nothing. I've been told the same thing over and over again, and changing even both hardware and wiping my devices clean did nothing.

@Aesop_Andy If the issue persists after the device was formatted as well, this is most likely a hardware malfunction and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options,

follow the below steps to get started:

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
