When will you be coming out with a new compact laser printer similar to the old HP 1012, HP 1020, HP P1006, and HP M102 that does not require/mandate that you perform a wireless configuration setup? We purchased several of the M110we printers because they were the only thing available. These printers for most of our employees are basically junk, because they will allow you to print over USB for about 20 pages, and then you have to go through the wifi configuration which requires downloading the HP Smart app, but our government agency computers block the app store, so we have to use our cell phones to do this. Once we download the app and connect our cell phones to a local wifi router, we can go through the steps to do the wireless configuration. The problem is that after we do this, it will allow us to print about 20 more pages before it wants to do the wireless setup again. The biggest issue with this is that most of our remote users are not very computer literate and have no idea how to configure these. Another issue we have is that we use these compact laser printers when we go to various remote sites where we do not have wifi setup, and we need to print to them over USB, and sometimes, it doesn't sense a configured wifi, and stops printing over USB again. The reason we have used these compact laser printers is because they are portable enough for us to move around, and the laser jet does not dry up like the desk jet cartridges in our Texas heat. We need a laser printer similar to the old models that have always worked for us for the past 25 years that only require a USB connection. if not, we will start looking at getting our printers from another company that will make one.

That printer is too big. We need portable printers. All the ones I listed, as well as the M110 have dimensions around 14 x 8 x 7.

But thank you for your reply.

Hi @Jeff9999999999

Probably you need to look for Laserjet M110w, that is quite similar to older Laserjet 1020 models.

Also take a look at the other model Laserjet M140w.

You can find in HP Store:

Laserjet M110w

And the other model could be
