Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Our Mac and Windows users are reporting that the new E877 will not print 100%, no matter the application or type of document they are printing, They are saying that an 8,5 X 11 doc is printing 8.1875 inches no matter what settings they are using. I left the old M750 as a backup and it prints perfectly the exact same documents. I haven't tried anything yet, however this was just installed on our site, so I am hesitant to do a factory reset.
