Just bought a new Envy 5032. Managed to get it working in my wireless network but now it says no driver is present and although the printer can be see and I can print a test page from HP Smart e.g. status report, I cannot print from Word. If I go to HP website it says no drivers are available. When I run diagnostics it says HP no longer supports this device.
Anyone else experince this?

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
The following resource will help you :
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers
Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
This resource shows you how to do it.

Hmm.... I previously installed the driver and printer worked fine. Yesterday I couldn't connect to the printer getting a message that the driver was missing. Going to the link you have provided, I got a message saying 'no drivers available for your operating system' hence why I posted.
Today all is back to normal! The driver is available to download, which I've done, and the prinetr is working normally.

I have the same problem and have decided that ditching the printer and buying another of a different make might be better than wasting any more time on this.
I have uninstalled it, uploaded it and it will only print from my phone.
All it states is NO DRIVER and the HP Centre is useless.
