Product: HP envy 7155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have a new HP ENVY 7155 AIO printer-scanner-copier.

Not yet powered up.

Want to remove all blue packaging tape.

Unable to open paper trays, to see or remove blue packaging tape.

Does the printer first need to be powered-on and setup in order to do this ?
We have removed 4 pieces of blue tape. Do not see any more, but can’t open the paper trays.

I did not need to do this with my ENVY 7155 AIO bought approx. 1 year ago.
