I've bought a new HP Envy 6432 from eBay buy it didn't come with the setup cartridges. During the printer setup through HP Smart, it forces me to use SETUP Cartridges. How can I solve this problem?

Hi @CYCHU,
I understand you did not receive the setup ink cartridges with the printer.
I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region for missing cartridges.
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
If you have regular cartridges to use the printer with, we can perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- In order to access your private messages, click the support private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
