I successfully replaced my old imaging unit (Bildeinheit in German) by a different, fairly new and original HP one. Howerver, the imaging unit usage counter remains the same. Neither restart, soft reset nor hard reset changes anything, it always displays the old usage, but not the current and correct one of the new (origignal) HP imaging unit.

Hi,
Ich vermute, du hast wieder die alte Bildeinheit eingesetzt.
Hast du das überprüft?
I assume you have used the old image unit again.
Have you checked that?
Kind Regards

actually, the printer OS system does NOT automatically read the counter of the currently installed imaging unit. disregarding whether it's a brand new one unit with counter=0 or a different, but already used one with counter=less-than- and different-from-before. tx for all hints
