Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I recently changed Internet routers and I cannot change the WI FI on my HP LASERJETPRO 3001 DW.  I have tried the app on my phone, tried from my computer and watched YouTube Videos without any luck  I can get the Blue Wifi button on the computer to flash and the Orange ! button to be solid.  When I hit the WPS button on my ATT Air Router nothing happens.

When I tried from the app on my phone, it says Printer cannot be found

When I tried from the app on my computer, it says printer cannot be found.

I have tried factory reset (unplugged, then X button and "i" button. still nothing

can someone help?
