My new Lenovo Yoga 7i laptop with Windows 10 will not print an envelope on my current HP printer.  The message is "paper mismatch."  I need to go to my old laptop with Windows 7 to print out an envelope.  (I use the same print options on both laptops.)

@minnesota-girl, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print an envelope from your Win 10 computer. To assist you better, which app are you using to print?

Are you using the HP Smart app?

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC

Click here to download and know more about the app.

Make sure the envelopes are properly placed in the input tray, you may refer to - Loading Paper, Envelopes

For more info, follow the steps mentioned in - Print on envelopes with an HP printer

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
