macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have a brand new M404n and am using it with a Mac, with the latest driver.  Despite selecting 'print on both sides' in numerous programs--Word, Adobe, powerpoint--it only will print one sided.

Any ideas?

Hi,

The printer does not support auto print duplexing, you may select manual two-sided and manually follow the prompt to reload the printed pages to print the other side:

You may need to use the Pages to Print option to manually print on both sides from a Mac:

Thanks for the info.  Cannot believe I bought a printer that doesn't do this automatically.  I print large docs and the manual option just isn't practical.  I appreciate the answers here--thank you.
