HP OfficeJet 6500A Plus
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Purchased a new print head for and HP OfficeJet 6500A Plus because colors were not printing. Head was extremely dirty (after 6 years of use without cleaning). Unfortunately, new head prints nothing but blank pages and I keep getting alignment error messages. WHT?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is printing blank pages after replacing the printhead.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you facing the same issue when you make a copy?

Does not work. I even replaced the color cartridges and still no color. In fact, if I set it to color printing on the printer settings page it prints nothing, not even black. I've tried EVERYTHING I can find on the internet without success.

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
