Hp smart tank plus 559

Filled the tank with all the Inks, but the yellow ink droplet icon keeps blinking and I am not able to proceed.

The yellow ink seemed to be slightly less when compared to others In the tank and also poured in much more quickly compared to others. But I would think, that should not be causing this issue, as the tank is nearly full anyway.

 

Bought this to take some urgent printouts, but now stuck with this issue. Any quick help is greatly appreciated

I have precisely the same problem. How did you resolve it?

I called PC world / currys customer service, as I bought from there, and they asked me to send it back. They sent me a replacement after 10 days, and I was able to set it up smoothly.

I also tried the HP whats app support, but they took too long to reply, and did not answer to the problem I faced.
