Situation
Desktop Computer (less than 6 months old)
Windows 10 Pro
New HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101
attached both USB and network connection.
The client purchased this new printer. The installation went well and successfully printed Windows Printer Test Page.
When the client prints a Word document or Excel worksheet, one line of gibberish prints per page until you power it off. Even with 1 sentence or 1 line of Word or Excel. The correct printer is chosen from the printer dropdown.
Note that the Windows printer test pages print fine.
Note that when creating a simple Excel or Word file with just a couple of lines it still prints gibberish.
Note that there is another HP printer on the network that the user sometimes prints too (that HP is a very fast, large volume printer).
I have disconnected the connections one at a time (USB, network) with no better success. I've deleted all HP drivers, rebooted and installed both through HP Smart and downloaded the drivers from the website (full package). No success.
Using Office 2021/2022 version for desktop. I forget which year but again it was just purchased this year.
Thanks for any insight.

Hi Support
I have the same issue at work.
Funnily enough, it's only happening with me. Others in the office are ok. The printers have been pushed to all workstations via GPO.
