I recently received a new printer, the HP Smart Tank 7602r. When I go to set it up, it shows on my phone that it is set up and ready to go. When I try to make a copy, the printer says it is not set up. I reset the WiFi. I've also tried setting it up with my laptop, which is an HP. Still nothing. I contacted customer service and they said it's a global issue and they expect an ETA of sometime this week. Meanwhile, my trial period is being used up. Does anyone know anything I can do to make it work?
