HP Recommended

My new HP Officejet Pro 9125e is hung up on the Firmware Updates page on the printer.

This is where you pick Auto (Recommended) or Notify and then push SAVE on that page. 

When I click on SAVE it will not move forward.

This is at a second home and the year warranty is over but HP would not help me get this corrected.

I have never been able to use the printer

To clarify, the printer is over a year old? If that is the case, you would need to subscribe to HP smart Friend service to get personal hands on.
