Product: Pavillion 20
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Installed new HP ENVY Photo Printer 7855 and connected via USB to my old HP Pavillion 20 computer. Computer acknowledges new printer but cannot connect. Do I need a new driver (not provided with printer)? If not what should I do?

Download and follow HP Easy Start below, then follow the steps on screen to install your latest printer software:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_9_5_3891_33.exe
