HP Recommended

I purchased and apparently connected, a new HP Printer to my HP Laptop...However, the picture of the OLD Printer appears on my screen, as opposed to the NEW one.
I cannot remove the OLD printer model.... I am able to print, without issue.

You may need to remove and uninstall old printers.

 

Please follow steps from the next video to remove old printers:
