HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer

I changed internet providers and after that I noticed I was unable to print. I then went into my printer touch screen and noticed the blue light on the side blinking. The IP address says it's not connected and Host Name, Not Available.

I went into settings to try and change the network to my current wifi provider, everything is locked. I then looked up how to do a factory reset, that too is locked!

I tried to call into support for help, they said they couldn't hear me..... 😕 and then proceeded to still transfer me to another department who could help me! Then they couldn't hear me! After stating it three times, after me responding each time!

I have been into every single thing I know to do and to get into.

I printed a report off that gave me the IPv4 IP address, I typed that into the address bar.... and I received an error page, I even switched web browsers!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, so as I don't throw it on my driveway at this point! smh

Open your device's Settings app.
Tap Network & internet. Internet.
At the bottom of the list, tap Add network. You may need to enter the network name (SSID) and security details.
Tap Save.
