I can download the drivers, but can't seem to install them.  Thanks in advance for any help!

There are no full-fetaured printer drivers available for the Mac OS 10.15.6. However, the basic printer driver is available, here is the link- https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/ASU/HPPrinterDrivers5.1.dm...

 

Now, with regards to installation, is there any error message? Is there any antivirus/security software installed on the computer? How is the printer conneted?
