Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just installed a new imaging drum in my HP LaserJet Pro 100 MFP M175nw, but the printer does not seem to accept it. After inserting the imaging drum (original HP drum) as explained in the manual, there was a brief initialisation (but no calibration) and the message "Replace imaging drum" did not disappear. It is still being displayed and I cannot print or copy. I tried restarting the printer and updated the printer's driver, but there is no change. Do you have any suggestions? Can I fix this problem somehow? Thank you in advance!

Remove drum, turn the printer ON without the drum, when asked to install the new drum to see will it work.

Thanks for the tip! If I turn the printer on without the drum it asks for the drum to be inserted and goes through a longer initialisation process, but afterwards it goes back to the message "Replace imaging drum"... 😞
