Product: HP LaserJet Pro M102w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Windows 10 laptop works fine with my M102w printer. My new Windows 11 laptop (HP 17.3 inch) prints a shrunken image (about 25% of proper size).  This happens with my word processor and with a web browser printing a PDF.  An AI directed me to this site to find the correct driver but I got this support center.

Hi @DIY228 

This could be related to a printer driver error on Windows, just need to install a new driver.

 

1. Please install the next driver for your printer:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL71123/Basic_Webpack_x64-44.11.2779-LJM101-M106...

 

2. Once installed, restart your computer,

and send your documents to print.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
