New printer Orange !. Mechanism won’t center

Upon set up I get the orange flashing! And the cartridge mechanism will not center.

It seems to be locked to the right side and I can’t identify any jams

1. Check that all blue tapes and cardboard were removed from inside printer.

2. If the error continues then there is a posible failure in the printer and you need to contact HP Support directly to ask for help options or warranty options.

I had to take the shell off of the printer and physically pull back a mechanism locking the cartridge arm. The printer worked perfect after that for one print. Now new issue is the internet dropped out and cannot connect to my router. I have read up that this is a continuous issue with this printer model.
