HP DeskJet 4258e All-in-One Printer

New printer and only have start up cartridges - no other cartridges came with the printer; am I able to print with these or do I have to wait to get regular cartridges?

 

I hate instant ink by the way - with all the horror stories I e read about this “service” I don’t know why I bought an HP printer.

When you purchase a new printer, it will come with a setup cartridge only to setup and initialise the printer. 

 

Once that cartridge is depleted, you need to purchase the next set of cartridges.

 

If you enrol in instant ink services, the server will automatically send you a set of instant ink cartridges, which will be delivered to you within 10 business days.
