Hello, I just wanted to get some suggestions on how to resolve this issue I have.  We recently replaced some old printers with new smaller HP printers - M404, M425, M428, etc.  In any case, they all experience the same issue.  When the user sends a print out it comes out as jibberish/garbled characters.  I've changed the drivers to whatever was available for that model.  I've even used the Universal driver and still does the same thing.  Whether they're printing a Word/Excel document or a PDF, or from the internet.  It's just random but it seems to be happening to all the new ones.  I've even updated the firmware on the printer, still the same problem.  Any other suggestions?

Sounds like something is overriding it.  If you have these installed onto a server that pushed the firmware out there might be a problem within that.  Most of the time this is Driver related but I have seen windows 10 cause a lot of problems recently as well.
