The Android HP Connect App recently got an update that leads often to hangs and malfunctions.
I'm attaching a screenshot. What's happening there is I want to start a scan, the settings menu is empty and the app does not react to anything.
Furthermore *if* scanning works (which it often doesn't) there is a new "feature" to automatically crop content. This feature is however completely useless, as it does not really work (the preselected cropping area seems kinda random, it never actually matches the content). It seems impossible to switch that off and so every time I scan I have to remember to tap the button to select the whole area (which should be the default).
