Contacted HP on 10 August & could only communicate online with so much time wasted since today from 10:07am till now at 2:10pm.

Issues:-

1) After trying to Register Product online by providing Product Name: HP LaserJet MFP M236sdw, there is a message "No device found." Even I tried to other inputs such as "M236sdw", or even the serial number as well as the Product No., still received same message " No device found."

 

2) Strangely, there is a Warranty Coverage Detail for the same product with the same serial number. The product is bought on 9 August 2023 at the Challenger at Bugis Junction basement. The Warranty Coverage Detail indicates Care Pack starts from January 18, 2023 to end on January 17, 2026. The Factory Warranty starts from January 9, 2023 to April 7, 2024. 

 

They were supposed to have someone to contact me via my mobile since yesterday but still not available. 

 

Wondering if anyone has similar issues? thanks.

I have already contacted via phone since 9 August and still waiting for someone to contact me personally. It is now 6 days. Perhaps everyone is still too busy?

Can someone just call me via my mobile to solve the Registration Product issue & the Warranty matter? Rather for me to drive all the way to the Service Center. It is just a phone call away right? Need to improve the services by phone.
