HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

Just uninstalled and re-ran HP 123 smart dnld.  No HP Smart listed with printers.  Cannot get it to launch or add in.    " Cannot connect to scanner!"

1. Verify Hardware Connections

  • Ensure that your printer is powered on and properly connected to your computer via USB or over the network (if it's a wireless printer).
  • Check if there are any error messages or indicators on the printer's display panel that might indicate connectivity issues.

2. Check Printer Driver and Software

  • Confirm that the printer driver is correctly installed on your computer. You can do this by going to the Device Manager (on Windows) or System Preferences (on macOS) and checking if the printer is listed without any exclamation marks or error icons.
  • If the driver seems to be installed but isn't working correctly, try reinstalling the latest driver from the HP website. Make sure to download the driver specifically for the HP ENVY 6055e model.

3. Install HP Smart App (HP 123 Smart)
