  • Select Printer, and then enter and select your printer name.

  • On the software and drivers webpage, look for Universal Scan Driver in the list. Download and instal the complete scanner. Twain will now be found when you search for scanners in your scanner app.  HP scan is in your programs and search, you can scan to searchable PDF, and setup custom scan profiles in it for scanning direct to file.

    Tell HP to fix it.

"Twain drivers are mostly used on enterprise printers. As you are using a consumer printer it is not compliant with TWAIN drivers." is not true. Why is HP getting staff to post lies?
