My printer functions work fine, but the HP icon does not show up in my Macbook Pro's Launchpad. I only have HP folders and files in the Finder menu. An HP rep tweeted me instructions on uninstalling and reinstalling, but the instructions were incomplete, and not all files were uninstalled. When I reinstalled the software, I ended up with duplicate copies of the HP folders and files. Fortunately, the printer is still working fine - but it would be nice to install the software so that the HP icon actually shows up in the Mac's launchpad - with no duplicate copies. I can't seem to find good instructions on a COMPLETE uninstallation and a PROPER reinstallation so that the icon shows up.

Thanks, Shlomi. I have started the app, but it seems to be intended only for installation - I have already gone through several initial screens and there is nothing mentioned about an uninstaller. Am I doing something wrong?

P.S. I did find the reference to Uninstall HP software in the Easy Start menu - but it's grayed out! What am I doing wrong?
