Product: HP ENVY Pro 6475 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've been having a problem with the printer being offline when I go to use it. Now, there are no lights on the panel; no wi-fi ,etc. I've powered off a few times, unplugged and reconnected after about a minute and still no connection. My computer shows it as offline and I can't get it online.

Any help wold be greatly appreciated.
