I suddenly can’t print via AirPrint from my phone. I restarted everything, uninstalled the App and now it is saying it can’t even find a printer to set up. It is connected to the same Wi-fi so I’ve no idea what the issue is. I also tried to set it up using the IP address but that also didn’t work.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Restore the printer to the original network settings

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ).

2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

3. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

Use the Wireless Setup Wizard from the printer control panel display to connect the printer Wi-Fi connection

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ).

2. Touch ( Settings ).

3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.

4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Note:- Make sure printer and phone are connected to the same network.

Hi thanks for the response. Unfortunately it’s still not working after following these steps. Printer is still showing as offline even though it is saying it is connected on the front panel

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Are the printer and iPhone connected to the same network?

  • Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?

  • What is the distance between the router and the printer?
