Product: HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer

I received a new HP Photosmart 6520 e-print all in one printer, but didn’t receive the setup cartridges. I have purchased HP ink cartridges but the system still won’t let me set up the printer with these cartridges. What can I do to bypass this so I can set up my printer. Or is there a place I can purchase set up cartridges?  I don’t see them for sale anywhere. Thank you.
