Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I'm trying to use the scanner on my HP OfficeJetPro 6978. When I press SCAN option in HP Smart, it get Error Code: OW_500_OWSID00001.

 Note, I do not have VPN on this computer. Just a simple home internet connection.
