Product: HP DeskJet 2820e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have windows 7 and i cant seem to get my printer to work. Tried multiple drivers and packs and i still could only scan, not print. Any suggestions besides getting a supported windows?

Hi @DulamaDumitra 

Please try to install following the next steps:

 

(1) Connect a USB cable between your printer and computer:

(2) Then please install the next drivers:

 

(3) Once you run that software installation, then check if you have a HP Print Doctor program on your desktop and run that program to check driver installation.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
