HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n

No blue Wifi light.  All printer test pages and wireless router setup say all is good.  Will not print from any of the several devices we have (i. e. Phones, laptops or tablets). We have done all the normal fixes, Turn off, unplug, reset factory settings, set up wifi numerous times, downloaded new drivers on laptops.  Went thru all troubleshooting fixes on hp website and nothing.  Please help

Which operating system are you using on your computer?

The setup instructions are here

I would start buy unplugging the printer (USB, Ethernet cables, too) for about 10 minutes. Let it rest.

Reinstall the printer drivers (Note: if you are running Windows, do not connect the USB cable until the drivers are installed)

Windows may try to install the wrong printer driver, if allowed to automatically setup the printer.

Connect the Ethernet cable.

Connect it to a computer with the USB cable.

Then power up the printer and see if your computer recognizes it.

If that doesn't allow you to see the printer, then run HP UNINSTALL and remove all the HP drivers.

Reinstall the drivers with the USB cable disconnected.
