No colour option for print settings

Hello,
I'd like a solution because this is the 2nd computer with which I can no longer print in colour, as the option has simply disappeared. I never found a solution on the old computer, and for both of them it happened suddenly.

I've uninstalled everything, reinstalled, updated the drivers, downloaded HP packs, looked for every possible solution on the forums, but nothing helps, and it seems we're not the only ones with the problem.

What's more, this problem has subsequently spread to all the applications on the device, whereas at first it was only the Microsoft 365 applications. I should point out that I can print in colour with my iPhone.

This situation is very disturbing, it's about time you found a solution because it's unbearable...
