Product: HO OfficeJet 4500
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

I have a new laptop that I want to connect to my printer, but I do not have the instal disk for my OfficeJet printer 4500 and there is not one available online. How can I get the driver needed to print from the new computer?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Are you trying to connect Wirelessly or through USB?

 

Is the printer connected to your Network already?

 

We can install the printer driver using the Apple Software update if the printer and your Mac are already connected to the same Network
