No duplex printing option available

I bought the Laser Jet Pro M203dw printer but I can´t see the duplex printing option in the printing dialogue nor in the device settings. I feel really disappointed with the product because in the information provided for this product it says automatice two-sided printing. I hope I can solve the problem.

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now try pritning and check for any difference.

If you still experience the same, try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
