La pantalla de mi impresora Smart Tank 515 no enciende. Y aparecen 2 luces naranja y nada más. Funciona, imprimí y todo. Pero no aparece ninguna información en la pantalla. Qué puedo hacer?

Hi @Ludmila5 , Hola,

This could be an temporary block in the printer systems and you need to reset the power for printer.

Podría tratarse de un bloqueo temporal en los sistemas de la impresora, por lo que es necesario reiniciarla.

 

1.  Turn OFF your printer and disconnect power cable.

  • . Apague la impresora y desconecte el cable de alimentación.

2.  Leave printer turned OFF for 5 minutes.

  • Deje la impresora apagada durante 5 minutos.

3.  Connect again your printer and check you are using a direct connection to power outlet.

  • Vuelva a conectar la impresora y compruebe que está utilizando una conexión directa a la toma de corriente.

After doing these steps check your printer is working Ok.

 

If your printer still having issues you may need to contact HP Support for warranty options:

 

Después de seguir estos pasos, compruebe que su impresora funciona correctamente.
