Product: HP LaserJet Pro 500 color MFP M570dn

I recently received a laserjet pro 500 color mfp m570dn that would not power up.  I followed all the HHP directions to trouble shoot the problem,  "...plug direct to wall outlet..no power strip...etc.".  The power button is very loose which leads  me to believe that the problem may be as simple as a "bad switch".  Is their a part number for this switch?
