Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I can't get Printer Apps on my Officejet Pro 7740. It always says "Unable to Update list of printer apps".

I tried to the following things:

  • disable and enable the Webservices.
  • Static IP and Google's DNS Server
  • Hard reset via unplugging Printer while it's on
  • Updated Firmware to the latest build 

I've seen some other threads which are about exactly the same topic. But it seems that there is no solution yet. Nevertheless is there some help?
