No printer dialogue for Envy 4527

With my old 5520 printer I had an HP dialogue Icon on my desktop screen  which took me directly to trouble shooting or to Scan dialogue, how do I get the Envy 4527 printer dialogue icon on my desktop screen?

Also can you change the printer's email address to something more memorable?

I understand that you need a Desktop shortcut icon for your printer.

To create a shortcut for your Envy 4527 printer, try the steps below:

Press the start button on your PC,

Search for your printer Envy 4527,

Mover the cursor on the printer and right click,

Click on open the file location,

Right click on the printer and click on create Desktop shortcut.

To change the printer's email address to something more memorable, the printer must be set up on your HP Connected account.
