No puedo imprimir desde word

Hi, please I need help I cant to print word documents, only images, my printer is HP 4530 All in one.

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the case regarding issues with the printer. I will be delighted to assist you here.  

Try turning off the UAC in windows.

1. Type UAC in the search field on your taskbar. (If the search field isn't visible, right-click the Start button and choose Search.)
2. Click Change User Account Control settings in the search results.
3. Then do one of the following:
   • To turn UAC off, drag the slider down to Never notify and click OK.
4. You may be prompted to confirm your selection or enter an administrator password.
5. Reboot your computer for the change to take effect.

Thank you, but It doesn't work. The problem continuous it's impossible to print doc. With letters I tried with a doc. In PDF but it doesn't work. The printer is okay because it works only with pics or images but if the doc. Has letters and pictures it printers only the images it doesn't matter if it is word or PDF.

Thanks for the response.

Are you trying to print a document from an email or online? Is it possible to take a picture of the original, and the print out and send it to me for better understanding?
