Product: HP ENVY 4524 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I select items for print on my PC, there is no option to select "Print in colour" in printer properties; prints only come out in black and white.

Using the same printer connected via my mobile phone, I am able to print in colour without any issues.

 

This is clearly a drive/software issue with HPs latest configuration of this device that requires immediate fix.

(I have tried uninstalling the drivers, the printer, the HP Smart software on my PC - none of this has made a difference)

* Click on YES button  to say thanks,
