Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Not sure what has happened today, my HP Officejet 4650, the touch screen is lit up but it is blank no functions on it, and it will not turn off on the button only when I unplug it does it go off, will not print, scan etc, tried to reset no joy, have reloaded the drivers no joy, re-installed HP Smart no joy, anyone got any ideas?
