Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently bought an older model DeskJet Plus 4152 from a discount store, there was no setup cartridges in the box and I have no way to return the printer. Kumar0307 has suggested an OOBE reset then re-intialization but because the instructions are specific for the printer he sent them as a private message. I would like those instructions too?
